Overview
A partir de la unificación legislativa introducida en el sistema normativo argentino por la Ley 26944, este régimen legal diferenciado para los negocios mercantiles se encuentra presente no solo en el articulado del Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación, sino también en una innumerable cantidad de leyes especiales complementarias que se han dictado en materia comercial y consumeril, las cuales subsisten como microsistemas con plena vigencia en el derecho privado. En este contexto, surgió la necesidad de sistematizar estos microsistemas, ordenando las principales normas mercantiles, de derecho empresarial y defensa de los consumidores, agrupándolas en un compendio que las unifica, y posibilita su consulta accesible.
